"We first decided to book a performance of The Spencers after years of receiving their postcards and seeing other advertisements for their tour. We were not sure how our audience base would respond as our season is primarily comprised of entertainers like BB King, Lily Tomlin, Vicki Lawrence, and Hal Holbrook which draw an older crowd. But they responded and bought tickets! Our patrons told us they appreciated having a show the whole family could enjoy. We saw lots of youngsters (our future audience base) accompanying their parents and grandparents (our subscribers) to the show. After the show we saw happy faces and heard great comments as the crowd was leaving.
Also, prospective presenters should know Kevin Spencer was incredible to work with on this booking. Calls were instantly returned. Contracts and paperwork were processed with great speed. Kevin graciously attended a post-show meet and greet with our sponsors and took photos. All in all, it was a great booking. Thank you Spencers!!"
